2. BUYER INFORMATION The name-surname, delivery address, billing address, phone, and email information declared by the BUYER on the order form are valid.

3. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT / SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, amount) of the product or service subject to the contract are available on the relevant product page on the SELLER's website https://tilavethanem.com. Product photos and descriptions are for promotional purposes.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices, and the announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed.

  • VAT is included in the stated prices.

  • If there is a shipping/delivery fee, it is shown separately in the order summary and paid by the BUYER.

  • Payment is made via the Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery (Cash/Card) methods selected during the order.

  • The total amount to be paid is clearly shown to the BUYER at the payment step, including all taxes and expenses.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery Method: To accelerate operational processes, products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted shipping company from the SELLER's local warehouses in Türkiye.

  • Preparation Time: Shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from payment or order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery is provided within an average of 2-5 business days after being dispatched. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days.

  • Delivery Costs: Unless otherwise stated (except for free shipping campaigns, etc.), the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.

  • The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the BUYER not being present at the address or providing an incorrect/incomplete address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without showing any reason and without paying any penal clause within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period by sending an email to destek@tilavethanem.com or via the contact form. Upon approval of the return, the product price is refunded within 14 days using the payment method the BUYER used. The product must be returned with its invoice and accessories, if any, unused, without losing its resalability, and with its original packaging undamaged.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products, perishable goods, products whose packaging/seal has been opened and are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, and products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

8. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS The BUYER can submit their complaints and objections regarding the purchased product to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where they purchased the product or where their residence is located.

9. APPROVAL The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and been informed about this Preliminary Information Form electronically, given the necessary confirmation, and subsequently approved the Distance Sales Contract.
